Retainer packages are available to my existing clients who need ongoing support to keep their website fresh, up-to-date, and functioning seamlessly.

Retainer packages include design updates, operations support, and reporting on how your website is performing, with recommendations for improvement.

All support is delivered on an as-needed basis.

Sample deliverables include:

Retainer packages start at $35/hour

The final cost of your Retainer Package will depend on your website and the scope of required support.

A 20-min call to to familiarize us with oneanother and align on your business, goals, and scope.

I will send over clear instructions on materials needed to allot you the time to gather all materials before we begin.

Once the deposit has been paid, we are ready to go!
 

DESIGN

This is where words become tangible! I’ll come back with a draft webpage based on our discussions.

You will get the opportunity to edit and refine to achieve a result we’re both happy with before the next stage.

(Max 2 revisions.)

DELIVER

This stage is where all the pieces come together and you get to see the final product.

Of course, we will cover some final retouches before final delivery.

  • Which package would you recommend?
    The decision really depends on the functionality you need, and whether you’re comfortable making quick decisions or not. The intro package is if you're just starting out and not sure how to get a website live. I will complete the bulk work to allow you the flexibility to add additional pages and/or content adhering to the design standards we've discussed. The complete package is best if you want more than a basic information website with strategy, research and more in-depth design. This allows you to be up and running your business in a matter of weeks.
  • What happens if I want to add new pages in the future?
    A business is an ever-changing and evolving entity, so I understand that there will be new needs in the future. I’ll equip you with detailed tutorials that you can use to make changes or additions yourself, but if you need something more complex, just reach out. We’ll discuss your needs and if they will require booking a day rate session with me.
  • What web design platform do you use?
    I specialize in Squarespace and Wix website design. In special cases, I'd be happy to familiarize myself with a website of your choice!
  • How is payment handled?
    Projects are typically broken into two 50 % payments. The first payment is due upon signing, and the remaining payment is due at the halfway mile point as determined by the scope of work.
  • Why does it take so long from start to end?
    For any project, before the actual project timeline starts, we'll send you the questionnaire to complete. As required, we need all images, copy, website/domain access, etc., before project commencement. We'll meet for the 1:1 strategy session about 1 week before the start date and in order to finalize all major decisions and get sign off before proceeding.
  • Who pays for the domain ownership and website membership?
    Domain purchase and Squarespace memberships are not included with the packages, hence will be at the cost of the client. I am happy to support throughout the domain and membership purchase in order to ensure a smooth process.
  • Who owns the site and domain after it's been built?
    Once the web design is developed and launched, you have complete ownership of the site. I will transfer the site's ownership to you and will not access it at any point post launch unless a retainer services are engaged.
  • What additional costs are not included in your design services?
    The investment you see above is on web design and strategy. The additional costs that you will incur are your domain name (if you don't already have one), website hosting (if you don't already have a Squarespace plan), stock imagery, and copywriting.
